Happy thanksgiving to all. I'll be in NYC for the Woodenbox show on Thursday. I'll be my first show with those guys in a while. It'll be fun. I had a great week. Started three things for Biggup and Elijah(Philly). Finished off two new tracks of my own for another release. I'm thinking a 10" in the spring. Also got in touch with Rana Siegel about the cover art for the Threads EP. It'll rock. Gobble gobble.

Had a great week of sessions with Connie McKendrick. Cut some new vocals and mixed 7 tracks 2 PIR. Thanks to Craig, Pascal, and Pop for keeping the vibe real good. congratulations to Megan, leon "Pop" Huff's new artist, on her deal with Def Jam. Finishing mixing Anwar Hassan's Lp this week, and starting Biggup and Elijah's project. Nice.

Just found out, as I was filling in my ballot : I was nominated for two Grammy awards this year. Best Engineering non-classical for Tye and Greater Annointing's "Life" and for Jill Scott's "Beautifully Human : Words and sounds volume 2". Both records I'm very proud of. "Life" is a very special record. We worked on that record for a long time. Labor of love. nice nice. Hope to see "Ray" today in the theatre.

Many thanks to everyone that has downloaded my EP. Hope you are enjoying it. I'm in the studio working on the next one... The Kyma is still keeping me amused. Quite a piece. I'll be back in Philly this week to work with Connie McKendrick @ PIR, and do some sessions at Axis. I'll have to miss the Woodenbox gigs. But duty calls.

I've been putting the final touches on the EP. It will be online today. Working on the cover art and duplication options. The nation has elected President Bush to lead us for another 4 years. The exit polls say that moral issues were what compelled them to vote for Bush. Issues with same sex marriage, abortion, and stem cell research boil down to religious convictions. ... I'd like to say more on that, but I should stop right there. I am hopeful that though the liberal voice was not loud enough to win the election, it was loud enough to be heard. And that it will resonate throughout the nation and our Government. Keeping freedom, tolerance and mercy and the front of the American mind. Stay tuned for the music.
