The Grammy awards. OK. Rascal Flats, wrong notes all over Hotel California. Carrie Underwood, deserved best new artist, but has sounded a lot better. Awful microphone choice. Smokey Robinson has had enough work done, he looks like a stroke victim. He sang all of "Tracks of my tears" without blinking his eyes. Chris Brown? Are you kidding? I want those 3 minutes of my life back. He can dance, but that's it. Any act that needs 2 dancing kids and a trampoline to stay interesting needs a lot of work. This is a joke. More later...

Happy birthday James Poyser! Axis threw a nice soiree @ Bamboo to celebrate the occasion. It was nice to see everyone. Spoke with Dante today about his coming to Philly. He's performing @ Bryn Mawr college on March 3. Stay tuned. We may get in the studio while he is in town. His record "Roaming Empire" is getting great press and is days away from needing a second pressing. Which is nice. There-> is a video from his release party. Going to Roselane tomorrow to finish up with Stranger's Vibe. Planning on appearing in Elliott Earls' next performance in the spring. He's got a trailer done. I'll post it here next week.
